Is there a way to list all the PCs that connected on the network?  As of now, I can search for the name of a specific PC, but it would be nice if there is a tree list type that shows all of the PCs and possibly servers ont he domain network.

Not with ManagePC no.  This has been asked before I'll give you the same answer.  The only way to do it would be to ping every machine and see which ones respond.  That would be very time-consuming.
